We've already covered the understated (for a tiara) 1936 Cartier tiara that the Queen leant Kate Middleton on her wedding day, but what about those pretty earrings that walk the line between delicate and blingy?
The earrings, a gift from the bride's parents on her wedding day, were designed by Robinson Pelham and were made to echo the tiara.
They are a diamond set stylized oak leaf with a pear shaped drop and a little diamond acorn dangling in the center. The acorn is not just a whimsical touch—the newly made Middleton coat of arms has acorns in its design.
