Rihanna changes her radiant red hair often, thanks to her superstar hairstylist Ursula Stephen. So far, Stephen twisted Rihanna's locks into corkscrew curls, a russet bob, straight and striking strands, and on Sunday, she returned the pop star to her tightly-cropped pixie for her Academy of Country Music Awards performance. "We haven’t done a bob in a while, but the idea to go short was Rihanna's," Stephen told InStyle. "She texted me a couple days prior to the ACM Awards and said she wanted to do something short. She missed her face, and I did too!" As for her hair attitude? "We're not committed to anything but having fun!"
