Beverly Hills-based cupcake chain Sprinkles—a favorite of stars like Blake Lively, Katie Holmes and Rihanna—just opened its first store in New York City on the Upper East Side. "New York City is the epicenter of everything, so we're honored to be part of the scene," owner Candace Nelson said. Sprinkles stores don't ship (but they deliver if you’re in town), so New Yorkers and visitors may not be familiar with these decadent treats. "We wanted to create a modern, yet classic take on the cupcake," Nelson said. The cupcakes ($3.50 each) are available in more than 50 flavors, from traditional red velvet (their most popular flavor) to chai latte (spiced chai tea cake with chai-vanilla frosting). They even have a miniature sugar-free dog cupcake ($2.50 each) made with yogurt "frosting" for pups with a sweet tooth. So what flavors do celebs love?
