We at Dooda (NO) Desert Rock saw the hilarious DPA news release on how the glorious power plant is going forward in the Navajo Hopi Observer, and then the back-peddling comments of the Sithe Lords' lawyer and plant manager about not getting the stimulus money to blow on carbon capture fizzy pop. Dooda does have a comment:
